Hi, I’m Madeleine. Thanks for visiting my website.
I consider myself a multipotentialite. I have found a way to mesh my many interests (education, psychology, business, project management, coaching, data analysis, and copyediting) into a fruitful career as a Learning & Development (L&D) professional.
It took me a while to get here. I started my career as a sign language interpreter which led to project management which led to L&D. My experience spans the big four: corporate, nonprofit, higher education, and government. This diverse background is my biggest asset—I am adaptable, resourceful, and strategic, considering my work from every possible angle.
My portfolio includes a little bit of everything. Unfortunately, most of the content I have created is proprietary. In those cases, I describe the project and my process in general terms.
